Cath Weetman

Cath’s research interests span the periodic table, with a focus on synthetic and mechanistic main group chemistry. Outside the lab Cath enjoys the outdoors and a decent dram or two.

Fáinché Murphy

Fáinché's research focusses on the design and development of new bimetallic catalysts based on main group metal centres. In her spare time she enjoys sports and a few pints of stout with friends.

Michelle Crabbe

Michelle’s PhD concerns the development and understanding of heavy alkali metal phosphine complexes, with a view to their wider application in catalysis. When away from the lab, Michelle enjoys cooking (and eating out!), football and playing the ukelele.

Postdoctoral Research Associate (2024-2027)

Stuart Burnett

Stuart's research focuses on the use of bimetallic complexes to develop reductive elimination processes. Most of Stuart’s free time outside the lab is either spent watching sports or looking after his baby girl.
